Here's the process of what it looks like to get the story in the book:

Step 1: Nominated to share your story, either by yourself or a friend!

 

Step 2: Have a conversation with us about your story! Super lowkey zoom or phone conversation to talk about what your story looks like, how it fits into the larger Notre Dame story, and to give you more information about the project! This is just us trying to put together a wide spanning array of stories attempting to make sure we are being fully encompassing of the experiences (especially trying to amplify the voices those most marginalized within the LGBTQ+ community).

Step 3: We send you more information of what we need from you and instructions/tips on how to write the short essay of your story.

​

 

Step 4: You write a 1-4 page writeup of your story and journey. 

​

 

Step 5: We get it edited, send it back to you for a final approval, and then it gets published!
